The UP ATS has arrested two Rohingyas (UP ATS Arrest Two Rohingyas), these people used to illegally enter other Rohingyas in the country. Both have been arrested from Unnao and Noida (Arrest From Unnao Noida). Investigation has revealed that both the accused were helping to get Rohingyas illegally brought to India through fake documents. Registered in UNHRC for their living arrangements was also registered (Registered In UNHRC), so that they did not face any problem in living and getting work in the country. The ATS has found many such evidences that are pointing towards their involvement in anti-national activities.
The men arrested from Noida are named Farrukh and the person arrested from Unnao is Shahid. This information has been given by ADG Prashant Kumar. He said that both the men detained by the ATS are residents of Akiyab district in Myanmar. Both are real brothers. The inquiry has revealed that his mother and sister are already living in Aligarh.
Fake documents including cash also recovered
Along with this, many fake documents have also been recovered from both of them along with Rs 5 lakh. Now they will be questioned strictly on remand. The police is also trying to collect information of all those people whom these people have brought illegally to India. Police has identified 16 thousand Rohingyas so far, they are being searched.
Was used to raise money illegally
According to ADG Prashant Kumar, it has also been revealed during interrogation that the sister and her husband of both Rohingyas are already living in Noah, Haryana. During interrogation, both of them have themselves admitted that they were illegally bringing Rohingyas from Bangladesh to India. Along with this, he has also accepted that after registering him, he used to get work in meat factories in many places including Mathura, Aligarh, Noida. After that money was raised.
