A bolero filled with schoolchildren in Siwan’s kernel overturned in a canal. 21 children aboard the vehicle are injured. The accident took place on the Guthni-Mairwa main road where the train was going from Dhanauti market towards Jamuwaa village. There was an atmosphere of chaos after the overturning of the vehicle. Local people took the children safely to the hospital. Of these, 15 children have suffered partial injuries. All the children belonged to the 1st to 4th class of the Ramlakhan School of Jautour. After the holiday, Bolero was going to leave the children back home from school. Local people said that the capacity of the vehicle was 7-8 children, but it was filled with 21 children. However, there is no information of any kind of casualty in the accident.
Quarrel after the accident
The Bolero overturn caused a furore at the scene. Soon after the incident, the local people rescued the children from the overturned Bolero and got them hospitalized. After this, the parents came and went home with their children. The admission of so many children together in the hospital created an atmosphere of chaos.
Ramlakhan school children were
After the end of the Bolero class of Ramlakhan Public School in Jautar, Guthani, was going to leave her house with children. In the same sequence, on the way from Dhanauti main road to Jamuwa, the train went uncontrolled and overturned in the canal. The locals rushed to the spot after hearing the sound of the Bolero-filled canal overturning and the screaming of the children. After this they took the children safely but by then the driver was absconding. Police chief Rajesh Kumar Singh said that on the information, policemen went to the spot and took the car out of the pit. The injured children include Omkar Pandey, Divya Kumari, Raj Pandey, Hirimesh Pandey, Ashwini Kumari from Jamuwa and Pachnerui villages.
