1. To relax tension and headache, apply pressure at least 20 times with the fingers on the point between the two eyebrows above the eye.
2. Keep fingers in the back of the head. Apply pressure on the neck and head joint with fingers for 20 seconds. After this, apply pressure with the fingers on the points from the earpiece to the center of the forehead. It will relax under stress.
3. For massaging the neck, keep pressure from the fingers to the center point of the neck for 20 seconds. Apply 20 seconds of pressure with the fingers at the points in the lower part of the neck.
4. Tap on the center point of the shoulders with three fingers and put light pressure on the bones. Apply sharp pressure for 20 seconds and release. This will relax the mind.
