President Kovind was given the first dose of Corona vaccine under this provision applicable in the country, in which people above the age of 60 years and 45 years of age with severe disease can get the Corona vaccine. Let us know that all the people falling under the above age limit can go to government hospitals and get Corona vaccine for free. Apart from this, people will have to pay a fee of Rs 250 for this in private hospitals.
Many leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Health Minister Harsh Vardhan have got vaccinations so far. Apart from this, Bihar Chief Minister Nitiash Kumar, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad have also got vaccinated. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh was the first person to get Corona vaccinated at Army Hospital on Tuesday. At the beginning of the second phase of vaccination, the Ministry of Health issued a statement. It urges states and union territories not to store, preserve, or manufacture Kovid-19 vaccines. At the same time, in an official review meeting with the states, the Center reiterated that there is no shortage of vaccines so Corona vaccination centers will be allocated adequate vaccine doses.
