Petrol-diesel price in India has set fire. Petrol has reached 100 rupees a liter in many states and prices are increasing even though it is low. But there is a neighbor of ours who has decided not to increase the prices of petrol and diesel, despite reaching the verge of the Bengali. We are talking about Pakistan. In Petrol Diesel Price in Pakistan, it was believed that petrol and diesel prices could increase by up to 20 rupees from 1 March. But Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan rejected this proposal.
Dr Shahbaz Gill, aide of Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, has made it clear that petrol and diesel prices will not be increased at the moment. He wrote on Twitter that the Petroleum and Gas Regulatory Authority had proposed to increase the price of petrol and diesel by Rs 6 to 7 per liter. But Prime Minister Imran Khan rejected this proposal. He said that the government has decided not to increase the price of petroleum products. He has also shared the proposal presented by the Finance Ministry of Pakistan on social media.
Petrol in pakistan 111 rupees liter
In this proposal, it was said to increase the price of petrol by Rs 6.22 per liter. Whereas in high speed diesel it was proposed to increase to Rs 6.82 per liter. But in March, the Pak government has decided not to change the prices. Petrol in Pakistan is currently Rs 111.90 per liter while diesel is Rs 116.08 per liter. Apart from this, kerosene is Rs 80.19 per liter and light diesel oil is Rs 79.23 per liter.
Earlier too, I refused to accept the advice
Imran Khan has previously refused to accept the OGRA’s suggestions. In February also, the agency had said to increase the price of petrol by Rs 14.07 and diesel by Rs 13.61 per liter. Also, it was said to increase about 10 rupees per liter in kerosene. But Pakistan PM Imran Khan did not approve this proposal.
