The mercury concentration of the thermometer reached (-4) degree Celsius below the point as the minimum temperature dropped by two degrees Celsius. In the morning, people had to face heavy troubles due to cold weather. Ones turned into snow as the temperature dropped. Tuesday was the coldest day of this season due to the drop in minimum and maximum temperatures. Early in the morning, the snowflakes froze on the banks of the reservoir, the gardens, the open fields, the flowers blooming in the gardens, the addresses of the trees, the seats of the boats parked in the Nakki lake, the grass solar plates, the roofs of vehicles parked in the open at night .
In the morning due to the shivering cold, people were forced to stay indoors till the morning was up. At the same time, tourists also came out of the hotel after the day. The mercury of the thermometer was recorded as 17 degrees Celsius with the maximum temperature also dropping by one degree. People continued to enjoy sunbathing and fire heating on the sides of the roads in the morning to avoid cold. Daily operations were affected due to late opening of business establishments. The cold air forced people to wrap themselves in heavy woolen clothes. In the evening people quickly ducked into homes and hotels. Tourists and local citizens were seen resorting to the bonfire with tea for protection from the cold.
