Prayagraj: The bath of Makar Sankranti on Thursday at the confluence of the Sangam, despite the frigid and frigid cold, is full of devotees and devotees. On the 14th of January, in the six bath festival of Magh Mela starting from Makar Sankranti, four bathing festivals are falling on Thursday itself. Fair administration has made strict security arrangements. In view of the increasing crowd in the fair area, the entry of vehicles has been restricted from late Wednesday night, which will continue till tonight. Almost all officials including District Magistrate Bhanuchandra Goswami and IG Kavindra Pratap Singh and Senior Superintendent of Police Best Tripathi are taking full stock of the arrangements and security of the fair.
Ganga bath gets merit: Swami Brahmashram
All India Dandi Swami Sanyasi Management Committee Swami Brahmashram Ji Maharaj said that tea and breakfast will be run in the camp from 5 am to 7 am daily till Maghi Purnima, Srimad Bhagwat Katha-preaching and food area in the afternoon. Also at night there will be Ramlila and Raslila. He told that after bathing in the Ganges during Kalpavas, charity achieves infinite virtue and he gets liberation from Bhava Sagar.
