Isner will not play in Australian Open

Washington: American tennis star John Isner will not play at the Australian Open. Isner withdrew from the Australian Open in view of the Kovid-19 epidemic. Isner has said that he wants to spend more and more time with his family just because of the increased risk of infection. He said that due to Kovid-19, it is difficult to move forward in normal life. Earlier in the quarter-finals of the John Delray Beach Open, he lost to his own countrymate Sebastian Korda 6-3, 4-6, 6-3. The open will be held from 8 to 21 February next month. It was supposed to be this month but due to restrictions imposed due to Kovid-9, its dates were extended further.
