- Green onion – finely chopped
- Chop an onion finely
- Cabbage – half a cup finely chopped
- Beans – ½ cup
- Broccoli – Half Cup Chopped
- Capsicum – half cup finely chopped
- Peas – 1/2 cup
- Carrot – half cup finely chopped
- Corn – half cup, soak in hot water for a while
- Garlic – 4 cloves finely chopped
- Ginger – a small slice, great
- Butter – 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper – 2 tsp
- Sugar – 2 tablespoons
- salt to taste
Healthy Vegetable Soup To make it, first put a pot on the gas, now allow it to melt slightly by adding butter and then add garlic and ginger to it and fry it lightly.
After this, add white onion and green onion in it and fry it for some time. When onion becomes transparent, add cauliflower, capsicum, beans, broccoli and carrot and fry it for 2 minutes.
After frying for 2 minutes, add peas to it and fry for 1 minute. Now add salt to it and fry the vegetables, now after frying for 2 minutes, add one and a half liters of water to it.
Once it comes to a boil reduce the heat and add corn lentils and cook the vegetables properly, now cook the soup on low flame till it is one liter so that the flavors come in and the vegetables become soft.
Cook the soup for 20 minutes and keep stirring it in between, now make a batter by adding some water in a side arrowroot, then pour this solution into the boiling soup and pouring it will make your soup thick.
Now add black pepper, sugar and lemon juice, mix it well, and let it cook for 5 minutes, now our hot Healthy Vegetable Soup Ready, now serve it by taking it out in a bowl.
