necessary ingredients :
- One and a half cup moong dal soaked
- A cup of flour
- Half a teaspoon celery
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons Ghee
- 2 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
- A spoon cumin
- Garam Masala
- coriander powder
- Fennel powder
- chilli powder
- Half a cup of water
Moong Dal Samosa To make, put maida in a bowl and add celery, salt and ghee and mix it well. Now add half a cup of water and knead it well. And keep it covered with cloth for 30 minutes.
Make a paste by grinding the moong dal, add 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan and add asafoetida, cumin seeds and fry it well and now add the paste of lentils. Now add salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder and fennel powder Add and mix well and cook and prepare the masala.
Now roll the flour in a round roti and after shaping the roti, cut it in half with a knife. Now apply water on the edge of the half-cut part and give it an angle shape.
Now add spice inside the angle and close it well and give a shape of the samosa. Now heat oil in a pan and put samosas in it and fry well. Now your crispy samosas are ready. Now serve it with hot tea and with green chutney and red chutney.
