Begusarai: The first happiness of human life is the healthy body and yoga is the most essential for staying healthy. In this present modern age, the importance of yoga has increased due to increasing busyness and anxiety of mind. Today, modern man is in more need of yoga due to excessive stress of the mind and body, air pollution and increasing disease from the lifestyle of Bhagam Bhag. Yoga is also the religion and science of the future. This was stated by the North Bihar Provincial President of Krida Bharti, Chandrasekhar Adhikari, on Saturday while performing yoga exercises to the workers who came to be involved in the provincial training at Begusarai.
On this occasion, he called upon all the workers to do Yoga, Pranayam and Surya Namaskar every day and motivate people for the same. He said that our ancestor and sage Muni lived long life. The secret of his long and healthy life was yoga. Physical powers can be developed through yogasanas. Yoga practice has more importance in making the body heart-strengthened, enhancing the functionality of the limbs and organs and making it energized and radiant. It has been said in the Upanishad, ‘Neither tasya roga nor jaraa ko mortah: achiyasya yogaganimayam bodam’. Sports is also a yoga practice in itself, but for that too, adopting the practice of yoga and pranayama suggested by sage Muni should be the aim of all of our lives.
Proving yoga, Provincial Minister Amit Thakur said that having positive thoughts is very important in life, because a depressing thought leads to failure. Yoga brings positive energy to the mind and the spirit of anxiety, contradiction and despair can be removed from the mind by gaining spiritual strength. Yoga, Pranayama and Surya Namaskar bring happiness and excitement in the mind due to the spiritual peace and comfort of the mind and its direct impact on personality development and health. Therefore, do regular yoga to make proper planning of the potential of life. Our yoga system has been adopted by the world and we are getting away from it, for this we all workers will have to be awakened.
