Around 110 crore people in the world are struggling with eye disease. The reason for this is not being able to buy glasses. This number is almost equal to the population of India. Out of this, 59 crore people are far away, while 51 crore have poor eyesight. More than 40 million people have lost their light.

Out of 59 crore people with vision impairment, about 8%, or 43 crore people have lost their eyesight. Among them, the number of women is more than men.
