Mumbai : The NCB’s Mumbai unit is going to file the first charge sheet in the court in the Bollywood Drugs Connection case on Friday in the suspected death of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. According to the information received, NCB will file a total of 12 thousand page chargesheet in the court. Riya Chakraborty’s name has been included as the main accused in the charge sheet. A total of 33 people, including Riya, have been named as accused in this charge sheet, besides the names of Riya’s close friends and several drugs paddler supplier are also included as accused in the charge sheet. NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede will reach the court with this charge sheet. According to NCB sources, after three months of this main charge sheet, NCB can also present a supplementary charge sheet in the court. Which may include the names of Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor. Against them, the NCB found many evidence, which is still under investigation. Explain that this charge sheet is being filed in the case of 16/2020 compliant case.
In June last year, actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in a flat in Bandra, Mumbai. Initially, this case was considered as suicide only.
However, after the complaint of Sushant’s family, the CBI also joined the case. Not only this, former Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey had sent a team of Bihar Police to Mumbai specifically for investigation. After the angle of drugs in this case, many actors and actresses got screwed by NCB. Many people, including Riya Chakraborty, his brother Shouvik Chakraborty, were imprisoned. Many of the drug peddlers whose names came up in this case are still behind bars.
