Mumbai :Actress Aditi Rao Hydari made her digital debut last year with the Malayalam film Sufiam Sujatayam and then appeared in the Nani starrer Telugu action film ‘Flick V’. Once again, Aditi is coming to the OTT platform. This time she will share the screen with Parineeti Chopra in the Bollywood film ‘The Girl on the Train’. Regarding OTT, Aditi said, “I experienced OTT in the year 2020, when 2 of my films were released on OTT platforms. This realization brought tears to my eyes how people are watching my movies with one click. At that time people needed stories and content.
Speaking of theater, I love them. We all grew up watching movies in the theater. It is a different thrill to see movies there. ” Aditi believes that lockdown has contributed to making the OTT platform so important. She says, “I think the lockdown has made us understand the importance of the OTT platform. These have been our best friends during the lockdown. Today I can say with confidence that now it does not matter on which platform your film is being released. Rather, the story and content of the film matter. How much time and hard work was put into making that film. Every other film has its own fate that some OTTs are made for platforms, some for cinemas.
